You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund of the token amount. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen vehicle breakdowns or non-availability of trucks. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated immediately.
Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment and typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
